INES ROZMÁN

I am an independent management consultant specialized on retailing and sourcing businesses.

I started my consulting career in Vienna, Austria in 1999, with Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, a leading European Management Consultancy. In 2003, I “switched sides” from being a consultant to working as a line manager – as a Head of Category Management and Purchasing for bauMax, a major “Do-It-Yourself” retailer in Austria and the entire region of Central-Eastern Europe.

After moving to Hong Kong in 2008, I set up my own business as a stand-alone management consultant. During eight years in Asia, I conducted a number of projects for major sourcing and trading companies, and took over interim management assignments.

Since 2016 I have been working as a management consultant in Germany and Austria, while still supporting some of my long-term clients in Asia. I’ve been acting as a sparring partner for top management in strategy development, while also drilling down concepts to the operational level and supporting implementation. Eventually, living and working in a number of very different countries has helped me to acquire large experience in dealing with the challenges that a globalized, multi-cultural environment presents for business operations.

I hold a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and International Commerce from the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration.

Besides my native Croatian, I am fluent in German, English and Russian.

I am married and we have one son.
