Or you would like to brainstorm about a new organizational concept without starting an “official” project and involving your team right away? Or do you sometimes just need a sparring partner who is not influenced by your particular business and personnel setup?
Then I can be just the sparring partner you need. This can be a highly flexible arrangement: It can range from only a couple of hours discussing one particular topic that is on your mind right now, or to reflect on and challenge your business ideas on a more regular basis.
Over the years, I have acted as a trusted advisor to many top managers, helping them to “think through” management issues, guiding and challenging them through all the options, until the right solution is found. It is perhaps the most challenging, but also the most rewarding part of my work as a management consultant.
